Breakfast: 9:00AM – My girlfriend made an egg mcmuffin…yum…with maple infused bacon…so good…it even came with a clementine on the side! Now that’s why I have the best girlfriend in the world!
Lunch: 12:00PM – Yogurt, and a banana. Not much to say, but it was really good.
Dinner: 8:00PM – Tilapia – With dashes of paprika, oregano, thyme and a squeeze of lemon juice, this tilapia was cooked to perfection

Exercise: YES a quick bike ride through watertown really helped me get the heart pumping. It’d been a while, and the last hill was a real pain in the butt, but it was a good ride.

Thoughts: I’m really winding down with these posts. Since I hit my weight goal, it’s all about maintaining and doing what I’ve been doing while trying to mix it up. I’ll keep you all posted.
